Gas Customers:

Bay State Gas:

If you have Bay State Gas you need to call Bay State Gas Directly and have an in home energy audit done before Anderson Insulation can do the work. The number to call is 800-232-0120   or you can apply online at https://www.baystategas.com/en/save-energy-money/Energy-Efficiency-For-Your-Home/Energy-Efficiency-In-Home/energy-audit.aspx. Once the audit is complete you can tell them you wish to have Anderson Insulation do the work, and they will send us the information.  A salesman from Anderson Insulation will then call you to come by and measure the house before the work can be completed.

NStar or National Grid:

Call our office 781-857-1000 or fill out a survey http://www.andersoninsul.com/freequote.nxgand let us know if the comment area that you have Natural Gas and you would like us to come out and take a look at your home. We will then send out a salesman who will assess the situation and make recommendations. The recommendations will be then sent to MassSave and an auditor from MassSave will call you to schedule an in-home visit. Once the auditor verifies that the work can be done, and the recommendations are suitable we can go ahead and schedule the work.

We will also need to know, in order to submit the paperwork, the following items:

·         National Grid/NStar Account Number

·         Name as it appears on the Gas Bill

·         Year the house was built

·         Number of people currently living in the house

Oil Customers:

Currently, Anderson Insulation is unable to do the work for the oil customers, although they are eligible for the same rebates as gas customers. Oil customers are urged to contact MassSave at 866-527-7283 or online at www.masssave.com.
