It appears that the utility companies are requiring and energy audit to be done on existing homes in order to be eligible for any weatherization rebate. In order to have the audit done, you need to contact your local utility company and they will direct you as to how to get someone who works for them out for to perform the audit. Anderson Insulation is not able to audit houses ourselves, but we are on the approved insulation contractor for these programs, so we would be delighted to provide the installation for you after the audit.
